This class is designed for aerialists looking to enhance their range of motion, improve body control, and reduce injury risk. Through a combination of dynamic stretching, active flexibility drills, and targeted mobility work, you’ll develop the strength and mobility needed for fluid transitions, deeper splits, higher leg lifts, and deeper back bends.
Peak poses include front splits, middle splits, wheel pose, forearm wheel pose, king pigeon, compass pose, hand to toe pose and progressions to king dancer pose.
