Aerial Body: Foundations is a no-equipment, bodyweight strength program created for beginner aerial students. Using gymnastic-inspired drills, this class builds the upper body and core strength essential for lifts, inversions, and stable shapes—so you can become stronger and feel more confident in the air.

Things to remember

All you need is a yoga mat, and water bottle :)

Soha is a great instructor who is super supportive and patient. The aerial body foundation classes are suitably challenging and Soha takes care to ensure we perform the exercises with correct technique. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to build strength in aerial.
